Free tracked UK delivery typically arrives in 3–8 business days (1–3 days handling, 2–5 days transit).
Can I return my e-bike?+
Yes. You may return any new, unused e-bike in its original packaging within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
Is there a warranty?+
Every bike comes with the full manufacturer warranty. We handle warranty claims directly from our Ascot office.
How do I pay?+
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay the courier in cash (GBP) when your e-bike is delivered to your UK address. No card details are taken online.
